Sneaker reselling giant GOAT has teamed up with well loved Black Panther actor Michael B. Jordan, for an exclusive raffle of 5 custom sneakers designed by famous artist ‘The Shoe Surgeon’. All proceeds of the raffle will be donated to GirlTrek, the largest health movement and non-profit organization for African American females in the US.
Each sneaker silhouette has been created to resemble one of Michael B. Jordan’s favourite films.
‘Coming to America’ is represented with an Air Jordan 4 with stars & stripes, and animal print. Then an Air Jordan 1 is custom designed to look like gaming tables in the film ‘Casino’. We have a black & yellow Air Force 1 silhouette to enter ‘The Last Dragon’ into the mix, with a dragon Nike swoosh for extra detail. There’s an Air Max 91 to show off ‘The Nightmare Before Christmas’ and to finish the pack, ‘The Sandlot’ is being exhibited on a classic Converse Chuck 70.
"I’m excited to partner with GOAT to showcase my custom kicks to a community that loves sneakers as much as I do.” Jordan said “More importantly, I’m excited to help bring awareness to the health movement amongst African-American women, a cause that’s close to me and my family.”
