It now seems like forever since I have been home to Paris. Yet the next time when I go back, I will book a room at the 25Hours Hotel because of the memories I had the last time we stayed. It was also very convenient to get around town and a phenomenal location in which to see family and friends.
It was our excuse to eat at the best Indian Restaurants in the city on a budget. Peek into local shops and have refreshing cocktails and take fun selfies in the hotel bar and lounge areas.
In a city where it might be hard to stick to a healthy vegan lifestyle, the location was a bus or metro away from cool places to hang out and eat. Let's also not forget it's two minutes from the Eurostar. The Gare du Nord (literally Station of the North, or more simply North Station,) officially Paris-Nord, is one of the six large terminus stations of the SNCF mainline network for Paris, France.
It serves train services toward regions north of Paris, along the Paris–Lille railway. Near Gare de l'Est in the 10th arrondissement, the Gare du Nord offers connections with several urban transport lines, including Paris Métro, RER and buses. By the number of travellers, around 222 million per year, it is the busiest railway station in Europe by total passenger numbers.
The Gare du Nord is the station for trains to Northern France and to international destinations in Belgium, Germany, the Netherlands, and the United Kingdom. The station complex was designed by the French architect Jacques Hittorff and built between 1861 and 1864.
25hours Hotel Paris Terminus Nord
The 25hours Hotel is also one of the spots I recommend to lovers because of it's sexy hallways and great feasts they have for breakfast where you can rub shoulders with businessmen and women from around the world. Then sneak off to your room to have coffee on a terrace the gives you of view of my sexiest place to visit in Paris and the beautiful 19th-century Sacré Coeur basilica. Fog and croissants and this view are postcard moments.
The Hotel is surrounded by a colourful quartier or neighbourhood of cultures amid the 10th district. Here, is where you find the 25hours Hotel Paris Terminus Nord nestled in the heart of thumping Paris. Like an old Parsianne gangsta film. A declaration of love for the vibrant spirit of this district and its inhabitants.
Let's Bring Post Card Moments Back
Local heroes serve as the inspiration for the interior design concept. As well as work in the Hotel too. The design, people who work there and the decor get you in the swing that is the hustle and bustle of the 10th Arrondissement: A playful hodgepodge of vibrant, colourful wall murals in street-art style.
The rooms are relaxing retreats with colour schemes and designs inspired by Africa and Asia. The Neni restaurant with its Israeli-Mediterranean cuisine and the Sape Bar with its ample counter and leather armchairs from the pulsing heart of the house. The reception on the ground floor is reminiscent of a French kiosk and is available to both guests and locals for any requests, questions, or anything unusual you may need.
The international staff speaks your language. And is ready with a smile to answer all your questions and cater to all your needs. If you have to wait there is a cute dog to play with until you venture out into the bustling 10th Arrodorsiment of Paris to discover the city or walk across the street and catch your train on time.
If you stay in your room catch up on the local news in your language. Give yourself a little in room spa day and kick you feet back and the very La Parisienne in compact rooms so you can live your Parisienne Life.
